A constantly growing question bank for OUPV (6-Pak) and 100-Ton exams. Every question explained in plain language by a working captain.
The platform identifies your weak topics automatically and drills them until you hit 90% — the same threshold the USCG requires for COLREGS.
Realistic timed exams that mirror the actual REC testing experience — included on a free account.
“I’m Captain Mark Combe, a USCG Licensed Captain with a Master’s Degree in Teaching, Rogue River jet boat pilot, and sailing instructor in Southern Oregon. I built The Chartroom because I sat this exam myself and couldn’t find a prep tool that felt real.”
Free 30-day trial for Auxiliary members and boating safety educators. No credit card. Cancel any time.
